Standar Pelayanan Penyelenggara Terminal Tanjung Priok akan Ditingkatkan

Rp 5 Billion Prepared to Improve Service Standards for Operators at Tanjung Priok Terminal

The Jakarta Transportation Agency (Dishub) has set aside a budget of Rp 5 billion to improve service standards for operators at Tanjung Priok Bus Terminal, North Jakarta this year.

If it goes according to plan, it can be used this year

It includes the arrangement of the main and supporting facilities at the terminal.

Dishub's Transportation Management Unit (UPTAJ) Head Syamsul Mirwan stated that a two-story building would be built in the terminal area which currently has trader stalls.

The building would have a counter, a passenger waiting room, a lactation room, and a trader kiosk.

"Tanjung Priok Terminal is a Type-A Terminal which has quite a lot of bus and passenger traffic. That's why passengers need space to wait for the bus if the capacity still accommodates," he said, Monday (6/27).

Thus far, it has entered the process of design assistance or drawings and budget details. Then the service improvement will be executed in the upcoming October 2022.

"If it goes according to plan, it can be used this year and also aims to welcome Christmas and New Year 2022," he closed.
